• Partnership. We don't overwhelm our clients with 'techno-babble' but help them to learn and take control.

• Honesty. We charge what we quote. If we underestimate a job we take responsibility and absorb the cost.
• Common-sense. We don't charge our time for giving clients advice or helping them with website related issues. If clients need extra help now and then we normally just do it.
